Details
The Elevate Kids After School Program is available Monday-Friday (following the Putnam County School Calendar) from 3:00 - 5:30 pm. We will pick up students in K - 8th grade at select schools*, provide transportation to Hope Church, provide a snack, homework assistance and care for students.
The cost is a flat rate of $50 per child per week.
*We pick up at Algood Elementary & Middle, Highland Rim, Northeast Elementary, and Prescott Elementary & Middle.
